The Rhythms
Upon Waking
Wake up with intention. A simple, grounding practice to do right in bed — gently transitioning from sleep and inviting positive energy before the day begins.
Before your feet touch the floor, take these first quiet moments to ground yourself. Lying comfortably in bed, we practice breath awareness to anchor your mind and body. This gentle transition helps release morning grogginess and set a calm, intentional tone — so you step into your day with clarity, focus, and a lighter heart.

12:00 PM
A Tibetan purification practice. Nine rounds of conscious breathing to clear the mind and settle the body before the afternoon.
The sun is high and the shadows are sharp. You sit for a focused breathing practice — nine rounds that alternate between nostrils, clearing the channels and settling the mind. Lunch follows, eaten in silence, each bite an act of attention.

9:00 PM
Rest arrives. A ten-minute immersion in the primal sound of Om, layered with 11 Hz alpha brainwave frequencies — promoting deep focus, mental clarity, and relaxation — settling the body for deep, unbroken sleep.
The corridors are dark except for a single candle. You settle into stillness and let the vibration of Om move through you — a warm, sustained tone carrying 11 Hz alpha waves that quiet the mind and invite deep relaxation. The day releases, the body lets go completely. You sleep deeply, and the forest keeps watch.
