Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Modern Meditation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the app.
Subscriptions and Billing
Modern Meditation offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account. Refunds are subject to the applicable terms of the App Store.
Use of the App
You agree to use the app for its intended purpose — guided meditation and wellness practices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Meditation practices are intended for general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed. Payment information is retained by the applicable app store per their policies.
Limitation of Liability
Modern Meditation is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app or its meditation practices.
